Challenge:  The customer had a requirement to decrease the time it took to clean their “Print Head” so they could achieve more through put. The current process involved the removal of the print head and shipping it to a firm that cleaned it for them. Not only did this take several weeks to complete, but it was harder to clean as the ink dried in the head.
